Storopack introduces its insulated packaging solution in Belgium and Luxembourg and showcases it at Transport & Logistics 2026 in Ghent
Storopack is bringing its innovative RENATURE® Thermo solution to the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. Available from now on, the temperature-controlled protective packaging is designed for the shipment of food, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-sensitive products. Visitors to Transport & Logistics 2026, taking place on September 22-23, 2026, at Flanders Expo Ghent, will have the opportunity to experience the solution firsthand at hall 1, booth 1331.
RENATURE® Thermo combines reliable temperature control and product protection with a design based on resource-efficient raw materials. The insulating packaging consists of a moisture-resistant paper outer layer and an insulating filling mainly made from plant-based starch. Both components can be separated after use, allowing the paper to enter paper recycling streams while the starch filling can be composted or disposed of via organic waste, subject to local regulations.
Reliable temperature control for sensitive shipments
With RENATURE® Thermo, Storopack offers a protective packaging solution that helps maintain cold chains during transport. Thanks to its excellent insulating properties, the packaging supports a wide range of temperature-controlled shipping applications when combined with appropriate cooling media. The solution features a practical U-shaped design, enabling two cushions to protect all six sides of the shipment inside the box. This not only enhances thermal performance and product protection but also simplifies packing operations. The lightweight solution can help reduce shipping costs, while the intuitive design supports fast and ergonomic packing processes.
Customers can choose RENATURE® Thermo as a complete shipping set, including carton and cooling elements, or integrate the insulating cushions into their existing packaging concepts.
