Less health insurance company, more Schwenninger! Instead of the hundredth allergy advice, the customer magazine published by the health insurance company Schwenninger Krankenkasse puts people and thrilling stories in the spotlight. The themed magazine leaves trodden paths, takes heart and shows new perspectives – thanks to an authentic visual language.

Fun meets facts: The mix of topics includes news from the insurance company, interviews, detailed reports, infographics and entertaining as well as (un)necessary facts. Editorial content and company topics are, however, strictly separated - so the reader knows what to expect. In a subtle way, the magazine perspektive carries values of the company, positions it as a reliable service provider and therefore strengthens the image.

For the biggest possible synergies, all topics are harmonized with ongoing marketing activities by the Schwenninger. All actions are meant to enhance the connection between customers, partners, employees and the Schwenninger and to arouse interest of new customers.

There is something special about Bosch. This international and adaptable technology and service company has been rooted in Germany since 1886 – and over the decades has developed into a global powerhouse.

For over 20 years, we have been up close to the topics that matter most to the employees and customers of Bosch. Together with our Bosch partners from more than 50 different divisions and locations, we develop innovative and inspiring media formats. This applies to both internal and external target groups, as well as all industry-driven business sectors – from Mobility Solutions and Industrial Technology to Energy and Building Technology.

Throughout this collaboration we have always striven to fully contextualize the Bosch “Invented for Life” claim and decipher even technically complex subjects in such a way that makes them perfectly understandable.

“Real communication professionals who set to work creatively and efficiently.”

The video shows the Bosch Connect Cube

How can members of the Bosch Automotive Steering business unit be encouraged to try out Bosch Connect? The task was to inform people about the features of the internal social enterprise platform at Bosch and to make this new way of collaborating appealing to them. The concept revolves around the Bosch Connect Cube, a virtual 3D topic die that can be explored using virtual reality goggles. The Bosch Connect Cube is an inspirational example for communicating complex subject matter using state-of-the-art VR technology.

The Bosch Connect Cube won the internal Bosch Communications Award 2017 and was nominated for the Digital Communications Awards 2016.

Money is not something you talk about, or so people say. This makes working on a customer magazine for a financial specialist rather difficult. So it’s best not to mention money at all. That’s how we do things for Grenke AG from Baden-Baden. And the result is “Mittelpunkt”.

The magazine highlights topics that don’t seem related to money at first glance – relationships, movement, speed, innovations and partnership. Mittelpunkt bridges the gap between business and lifestyle. Mittelpunkt is a balancing act of factual information, intelligent entertainment and useful advice for readers’ private and professional lives. The magazine makes use of the full range of genres – reports, interviews, commentaries, glosses, contemporary topics, as well as more unusual stories. There are virtually no limits to subject matter. And it´s all written and edited by professionals.

This goes down well – with the readers and Grenke alike. As a result, some of its customer marketing communications are based on the magazine’s content. So it turns out you can talk about money – at least in a roundabout way.

Brand PR is a classic everyday task for a PR agency. However, running the PR for two brands that are active in the same sector, and which are both market leaders, represents a unique challenge. We support the PR for the two high-tech specialists Buderus and Junkers Bosch – brands which are both owned by Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH.

The key challenges are brand positioning, avoiding PR cannibalization effects and establishing individual strengths anc character of each brand name.

How do we do it? By developing content that highlights their special assets and distinguishing features. After 20 years of close collaboration, we have developed a profound and rich understanding of each brand and our own intricate knowledge of the market and its players. We continue to sharpen each brand image with smart and finely-tuned communication initiatives. And, after all these years, we maintain our unstinting enthusiasm for the dynamic development in the thermotechnology sector – every day´s a new day!

There are plenty of automotive workshops around, and the market for repairs and services is ruthless. To be a winner, you need specialist expertise, a professional image and an attractive service portfolio to attract customers. We advise and assist ATR with a wide range of PR activities for its approx. 1,300 independent, multi-brand workshops.

We developed a corporate design for the partner companies that now features in all their marketing and advertising initiatives, adding a cutting-edge feel to the workshops – from adverts and business stationery right through to a professional online presence that includes a workshop search app.

We manage the workshop partners’ Facebook pages as a means of addressing and attracting new target groups. We also produce ATR’s “blinklicht”, an independent workshop magazine that is distributed all over Germany and which provides information on the latest technical and service-related topics.
