In 2018, the Content Factory grew in many departments: consulting and editing, social media, event, web design and film. An end-of-the-year review of our new employees. But one after the other (from left to right):
Stuttgart native Moritz Latuske (27) remained loyal to his hometown and has been working at CC since January. For two and a half years, he was employed in an event agency and gained a lot of technical know-how in addition to experiences in project management. At CC, Moritz supports and guides film and event projects. Apart from that, he takes care of the technical film equipment as well as logistics during film shoots. Furthermore, he has become indispensable for all the big and small technical issues of his colleagues in the Content Factory.
Since January 2018, trainee Franzisca Heintze (31) is part of our editorial team. After her bachelor´s degree in literature, art and media at the University of Konstanz, she moved to Berlin. There she completed a master´s program in film science and gained practical experiences in the event and communications area. And since Prenzlauer Berg was not already Swabian enough, Franzi quickly googled “best PR agency Stuttgart”. The rest has become history.
Ioanna Naoumis (37) is writing and filming history since February: She supports the Content Factory film team in the field of production and post production. After studying communication design, focusing on film and video, she changed sides: from student to lecturer in DVD authoring and interactive design at FKN Nürtingen. Self-employed, Ioanna still sticks to her passion for photography, especially portraits and product photography, even after her start at CC.
Immediately after he had submitted his bachelor´s thesis in Public Relations at Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart, Alexander Pillo (23) started his trainee program at CC in March. He originally comes from the sun-kissed city of Freiburg, but he quickly got used to the so-called “cauldron air” in Stuttgart, whose downtown area is located in a valley that the locals lovingly call “cauldron”. During internships in federational work and corporate communications, Alex gained his first professional experiences before starting at CC. Moreover, he worked as freelance PR editor during his last year at college.
The second newcomer in March was Tessa Blatt (27). She strengthens our team as an editor and junior consultant. Tessa previously worked as communications officer and took charge of public relations and internal communications on the company side. The wish for more variety and dynamic as well as the desire for her chosen home of Stuttgart brought her to us. Before Tessa started her professional life, she completed her master´s degree in communication management at the University of Hohenheim.
In April, our trainee Vanessa Mogler (22) exchanged the “Swabian Sea” (Lake Constance) for smaller Swabian lakes like Max-Eyth-See or Bärensee. That is because, before moving to Stuttgart to work for CC, the native of Heilbronn studied British and American Studies with a minor in jurisprudence at the University of Konstanz. Vanessa gained her first working experiences during internships at a daily newspaper, in corporate communications at an international company and during her public relations work for a student group. And if you don’t find her in the stadium cheering on the players of VfB Stuttgart, she’s probably visiting her old home and friends at the big lake.
For Jessica Meyer (25), the typical agency life is new territory: As inveterate early bird, our trainee still needs to get used to being the first to turn on the lights at Breitwiesenstraße in the morning. During her studies in PR and communication management in Stuttgart, she was an intern and working student in corporate communications. Since October, Jessie has worked for CC, focusing on social media relations – by the way, she is about to release her first novel.
On the contrary, Elena Pattberg (22) doesn’t miss early bird working hours. For our trainee, the agency working times are just right to create bright content. Before she joined us in November, she studied science communication at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and worked in corporate communications in the meantime. After her graduation, she changed sides: from company to agency, from Karlsruhe to Stuttgart.
Last but not least, Mario Meier (27) joined us as web designer and conceptor in December. In that way, he connects the design department and web development. Before his time at CC, Mario was project manager in a digital agency. Now he is happy to be able to devote himself to his creative side again, which he got to know and love during his studies as an information designer. Mario regularly brings his dog Emmi to the office, who ensures the right work-life-balance. Besides Alex, he is our second “Breisgauer” to hoist the CC flag this year.
